Here’s how to increase your giving with a matching gift:
Request a matching gift form from your company's personnel office. Complete the form and simply mail it, along with your gift, to the MAD MAC Foundation Office of Development. We'll take care of the rest.
Please note that many companies have upgraded to an online matching gift process. Please contact your employer's personnel office for details or find your employer's online matching gift page by using the search tool below.
